Mr. Richard R. Pinder is responsible for the Reconciliation Department and day-to-day banking operations of CFAL. He joined CFAL in 2006 in the Reconciliation Department and was promoted to Operations Supervisor in 2009. He also serves as the Chairman of the CFAL Junior Investor Education Program, which provides an opportunity for high school students to gain exposure to the financial industry. Since 2010, the program under his guidance has expanded from New Providence only and now includes schools on Grand Bahama and Andros.
Mr. Pinder earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from Acadia University in Wolfville, Nova Scotia, Canada where he was an active member of the Business Society and a Masters of Business Administration from Nova Southeastern University in Miami, Florida.
